Not just a job board. A smarter way to reach teachers.

This one needed to feel different. Because the last thing teachers need is another broken job board.

We built Staffroom to actually work for the people using it. I led strategy, social, paid ads, and personal branding — all wrapped in a tone of voice that skipped the buzzwords and just spoke like a person.

The goal? Make it easy, make it honest, make it scroll-stopping. And it worked.

  • 📣 Meta Ads

We targeted time-poor teachers who weren’t actively job hunting. Quick, clever ads that got them thinking about what if—and nudged them into creating a profile.

  • 💼 LinkedIn Ads

Built to speak to schools, not recruiters. We showed how they could showcase their culture, cut costs, and reach the right teachers faster.

  • 📱organic socials

An audience-led strategy across LinkedIn and Meta. For schools: hiring insights. For teachers: career tips. Every post had a purpose (and a plan).

making job ads feel like career advice

We made content that did more than promote—it educated. Fecause when you're marketing to teachers, you better come prepared. From tips to trends, this was a feed teachers wanted to follow.
